Overview
We have a full-time position for a Shop Manager available in Mareeba, 4880 Queensland.
Skills
The role requires you to have at least a relevant AQF (or equivalent) Diploma and 1 year of relevant work experience OR at least three years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the daily operations, ensuring the shop runs efficiently and consistently delivers a high standard of customer service.
Tasks
- Managing all aspects of the retail shop.
- Ensuring all financial matters are attended to and correctly handled and reported to company bookkeeper.
- Daily, weekly and monthly budgeting and ensuring sufficient cash on hand.
- Completing banking, cash flow and staff wages.
- Interviewing, recruiting, training and monitoring staff members to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Consulting with Company Directors to plan and record business objectives.
- Implementing merchandising and promotional initiatives to drive sales.
- Supervising, supporting, and allocating duties to staff during daily operations.
Salary
The salary offered will be $75,000 to $85,000 per annum negotiated based on your experience.
