Administration & Social Media Assistant – Part Time (Mon/Wed/Fri)

We're looking for a junior Administration & Social Media Assistant to join our team 3 days per week — Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10am–2pm.
This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys a mix of admin, customer service and creative tasks, with the opportunity to grow your hours and responsibilities over time.

About the Role
In this part-time position, you'll support our team with:
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customers
* Managing basic social media tasks across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
* Checking inboxes and responding using templates
* Assisting with general administration and office duties
* Supporting marketing tasks (posting content, basic engagement, trends)
You'll be given clear processes, training and support — perfect for someone who is keen to learn and develop their skills.

* Junior hourly rate: $28–$33 per hour (depending on experience)
