About the role
The CaFHS Administration Officer supports Child and Family Health Service sites, providing high‐quality customer service and administrative assistance. The role serves as the first point of contact, managing enquiries, records, referrals, meetings, and general office operations to support staff, families and service delivery.
Key duties of the role
* Act as the front‐of‐counter and telephone first point of contact.
* Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely information.
* Direct enquiries to appropriate staff.
* Record client referral information while maintaining databases and waiting lists.
* Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and accurately record and distribute minutes.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in frontline customer service within a health service.
* Knowledge of administrative systems, procedures and guidelines.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to maintain sensitivity, integrity and confidentiality.
* Experience maintaining electronic and hard‐copy client records.

* Salary: ASO2, $58,709.00 – $63,154.00 plus 12% superannuation and salary sacrifice benefits.
