About the Role
As Head of Wealth/Senior Financial Adviser, you will lead the Financial Advisory team and oversee the delivery of holistic advice.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and mentoring the advisory team
* Providing goals-based advice and caring deeply about client outcomes
* Using financial modelling to inform strategies and investment decisions
* Servicing an existing book of ~80 fee-for-service clients, with strong referral pipelines (no need for prospecting)
* Conducting review and select new client meetings
* Reviewing ROAs/SOAs for compliance and accuracy
* Leveraging a support team: Associate Adviser, offshore paraplanners, and admin staff
* Driving process improvements to adapt to industry change and maintain efficiency
To Be Successful
* Experienced Senior Financial Adviser within a holistic, multidisciplinary practice
* If you have undertaken the path from paraplanner, Associate Adviser to Financial Adviser it will be highly regarded
* FASEA compliant
* Strong technical skills with the ability to deliver complex advice
* Process-oriented and commercially minded
* A natural leader who can mentor and motivate others
* Client-first with strong interpersonal and communication skills
