Role
The Grampians Regional Continence Service currently has a vacancy for an experienced Administration Officer. The role of the Administration Officer is to support the Grampians Regional Continence Team to deliver care in the most efficient, client centred, cost effective, high quality and responsive way.
Key responsibilities
1. Daily office administration tasks
2. Assist with booking and filling client clinics
3. Attend to data collection and administration auditing requirements
4. Provide a high level of day to day support to the service
Skills and Experience
5. High level computer skills
6. Well-developed inter-personal and customer service Skills
7. Demonstrated experience in the provision of administration support
