Job Title: Disability Support Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking skilled professionals to provide high-quality support to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with domestic and personal care tasks
* Enable customers to access and engage with their community
* Work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and overnight shifts
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Able to work flexible hours, including regular sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays
* Resilience, confidence, and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Effective communication skills to develop strong relationships
* Ability to obtain the NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement
* Proficiency in using computers and learning various software applications
* Smart Phone
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
