About the Role

The Production Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Production and Sourcing Lead by ensuring accurate, compliant and efficient administration of product, costing and supplier data. With a strong focus on systems, detail and process, the role enables informed supplier selection that delivers low cost, short lead times and low MOQs while meeting strict quality and contractual requirements. What you'll be doing

* Maintain style costings in Bob, including CWB and overall cost control.
* Liaise with suppliers to obtain, validate and confirm costings, supporting outcomes across cost, lead time and MOQ in partnership with the Sourcing Lead.
* Update and maintain accurate costing data in the Range Plan, ensuring alignment with Bob and version control.
* Track, document and maintain records of cost and price fluctuations, including reasons for changes to support finance and business reporting.
* Manage style set‐up and ongoing style data maintenance in Bob, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
* Set up and maintain fabric attributes and material information, ensuring consistent data standards and classification.
* Maintain contract pricing and price codes in Bob, regularly reviewing data attributes to ensure system integrity and accuracy.
* Coordinate supplier onboarding and maintenance in Apex Pro in line with the WWG onboarding process, including re‐boarding where supplier attributes change.
* Maintain all supplier onboarding documentation and system records to support compliance and annual audit requirements.
* Perform stock costing revaluations as required by the business, liaising with stakeholders and providing Finance with final validated data for upload.
* Confirm and monitor supplier delivery dates, maintain accurate production information in systems, and proactively communicate delivery updates and risks to relevant internal teams.
* Obtain and actualise actual fabric usage from manufacturers, maintain accurate raw material stock levels, flag usage variances, and support production, delivery and material usage reporting through accurate records and documentation.

What we're looking for – Technical

* Advanced Excel capability, including Power Query experience and strong data management skills.
* Minimum 4+ years' experience in a production, sourcing or production administration role.
* Strong administrative discipline with high attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
* Experience working with both offshore and onshore suppliers in a fast‐paced environment.
* PLM system experience highly desirable (AS400 experience advantageous).
* Ability to obtain and maintain an ADF Baseline Security Clearance (Australian citizenship required).
