About the Role
We're looking for a full-time team member to help run the day-to-day operations of our Falcon store.
This is a hands-on role combining retail, customer service, and production, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in their work.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:45pm
Salary: Generous + Super
Key Responsibilities
-Oversee the day-to-day running of the store
-Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service
-Build relationships with customers and create a welcoming environment
-Process sales accurately using POS
-Maintain store presentation, stock levels, and cleanliness
-Assist with production, including:
-Hanging and preparing biltong and droëwors
-Monitoring drying processes
-Packing and handling stock
Food handling experience is required for production duties.
-Stay up to date with products, flavours, and promotions
-Work independently and take initiative
What We're Looking For
Previous customer service experience is essential
A minimum of 3+ years customer service experience is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, organised, and able to manage the store independently
Comfortable working across both retail and production
High attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Social media/marketing skills are a bonus (content, posting, engaging online)
Ideally suited to someone 25+
