About the Role
A well-established real estate agency in Pennant Hills is looking for a receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. This is an opportunity to be part of a close-knit team that values professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
o Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
o Answer and direct incoming calls
o Prepare proposal documents, open home packs, pre-list kits, and agency agreements
o Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms
o Monitor and order office supplies
o Provide administrative support to sales and property management teams
o Liaise with clients, agents, and internal admin staff
o Assist with general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
