About The Role
The Team Leader Engineering & Infrastructure will provide strategic leadership and coordination of a diverse team of engineers and project delivery professionals. The position will oversee a broad range of proactive maintenance, asset renewal, and civil infrastructure upgrade projects across the municipality, fostering a collaborative, inclusive and forward-thinking team culture.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a passionate and skilled team in the development and delivery of complex capital works and proactive maintenance programs.

Requirements
- Registered Professional Engineer or on a pathway to registration with a minimum of a Washington Accord recognised accreditation that meets the requirement for registration.
- An experienced people leader who is able to develop and deliver against set objectives and budgets and maintain focus through all programs and projects.
- Excellent communicator with demonstrated ability to prepare succinct written reports.
- Highly developed professional with interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external management, staff, and the community.
- A strong collaborator who adds value to the organisation with proven ability to maintain relationships with other stakeholders.
- A strong leader with the ability to engage and lead staff in a positive direction, while setting, developing and promoting a proactive and positive culture.
