Audit & Compliance Manager - Operations
We're seeking an Audit & Compliance Manager to champion compliance, strengthen risk management, and ensure operational excellence across our hospitality brands.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead auditing and compliance activities in venues to ensure adherence to hospitality industry regulations and legal requirements.
* Develop, implement, and monitor processes, systems, and standards across the business.
* Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
* Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Manage multiple and competing priorities while meeting deadlines effectively.
* Provide guidance and support to teams on compliance and operational best practices.
* Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement and maintain a culture of accountability.
* Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years in auditing and compliance within the hospitality industry.
* Strong knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements; proven ability to implement processes, systems, and standards.
* Data analysis capability, excellent time management, and ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks.
* High initiative, adaptability, and strong collaboration skills as part of a leadership team.
