Cleaning Operative - Full Time & Part Time We are currently seeking experienced Full Time & Part Time Cleaning Operators to join our team at a premium retail site on the Gold Coast.

The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering daily cleaning services with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Key Responsibilities Provide high quality cleaning services, ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard.Deliver excellent customer service, addressing client needs with professionalism.Work collaboratively as part of a team or independently, maintaining a strong work ethic.Ensure a safe and clean working environment at all times.Be flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Requirements Hold an unrestricted Driver's Licence and have access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster.Ability to pass a Criminal History Check.
To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need High level of personal presentation.Strong communication and customer service skills.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to working in a safe and efficient manner.Excellent mobility and the ability to walk for long periods.A friendly and approachable disposition.A strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality.Previous experience stripping and sealing floor surfaces is preferred but not essential.
