Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Workforce Planner to lead our strategic workforce planning efforts. This role requires strong leadership and strategic skills to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
* Develop and manage a long-term workforce supply plan that supports future growth.
* Oversee forward rostering practices to maximise workforce efficiency and reduce travel time.
* Collaborate with sales and service delivery teams to forecast workforce demand and ensure readiness for new clients.
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. At least 6 years' experience in workforce planning is essential, along with a solid background in managing large, dynamic workforces.
You will be responsible for leading initiatives that continuously improve service delivery and align with our broader strategy. Embedding WHS best practices and fostering a safe, inclusive and respectful working environment is also key to this role.
