We are currently looking for Multiple Recruitment Consultants at various levels to join our team
Due to growth within our team over the last 24 months, we have the opportunity to bring in two new consultants at the Consultant or Senior Consultant levels.
These desks have been mapped and are waiting for someone to jump in and hit the ground running

About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to build strong and trusted relationships with both clients and candidates. Your energy, enthusiasm, and dedication will be vital as you embark on building your desk.
You will receive one-on-one training from an industry expert and leader in government contract recruitment, enabling you to become a specialist in your field. By approaching your desk with a curious growth mindset, you will gain the tools and skills needed to excel as a trusted recruiter, always prioritizing the needs of your clients, candidates, and colleagues.
Key Requirements
* You will be running a Temp desk across the QLD government with either the Policy, Marketing Communications space.
* You will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with our existing client base.
* Build rapport and trusted connections with clients and candidates.
* Develop professional relationships with QLD State, local and federal Government.
* Lead external stakeholder meetings and presentations.
* This role will require strong business development skills and be responsible for growing new business leads within the QLD market.
* Evaluate resumes and applications & Understand client requirements.
* Approach each day with high energy and drive, ready to pick up the phone and gain confidence as a specialist in government contract recruitment.
