This role involves identifying opportunities to increase enrolments and revenue growth across various colleges. Key responsibilities include engaging with prospective students, providing accurate course information, and establishing service-oriented relationships.
Key Tasks:
- Building rapport with prospective students to ensure enrolment targets are achieved.
- Managing all prospective students' interactions to ensure compliance measures are met.
- Providing detailed course, career, and market information to students
- Resolving student concerns within Service Level Agreements
- Analyzing sales performance and suggesting ways to grow the business while meeting targets.
- Maintaining accurate data in sales systems.
- Resolving customer queries within SLAs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a sales environment, preferably in education, with proven KPIs and sales targets.
* Familiarity with sales and service systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivation and willingness to learn new skills.
* Ability to work in a team and autonomously with shared goals.
