Job Title: HR Advisor - Operational Excellence
We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team in an operational excellence role. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of various initiatives aimed at improving business performance.
About This Role
* Assist with and coordinate the roll-out of the Performance Management cycle across the Cans business.
* Support recruitment and talent management initiatives, including succession planning, diversity programs, and onboarding.
* Coordinate EBA planning activities and ensure compliance with agreed timeframes.
* Champion rewards and recognition programs, and support engagement initiatives across sites.
* Leverage HR systems and metrics to drive workforce planning and monitor engagement trends.
* Coordinate wellbeing, training, and development programs to build capability and embed Orora's values.
* Provide coaching and support to People Leaders in all aspects of performance management.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
* 2–3 years' experience in an operational HR role.
* Ability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand to support the business.
