The Role
Working closely with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef, the Chef de Partie will work across two busy kitchens catering to both à la carte dining and functions. This is a hands‑on role perfect for an adaptable all‑rounder who enjoys fast‑paced service and varied sections.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and executing dishes across multiple outlets and function spaces
* Ensuring quality, presentation, and timing standards are upheld
* Assisting with prep, stock rotation, and section organisation
* Maintaining WHS and food safety compliance at all times
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen
* Ability to work efficiently and calmly during busy services
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food
