What You'll Do
* Work with children and families across various life stages and diagnoses.
* Deliver therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings with clients funded by NDIS, HCP, Medicare, DVA, or CHSP.
* Tailor your caseload to align with your unique interests and professional goals.
Promote Clinical Excellence
* Collaborate on innovative therapy models and maintain best practices.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to advance your skills.
Support Career and Personal Development
* Engage in structured mentoring and supervision programs.

What You'll Need
* Relevant registration with AHPRA or SPA.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check.
* Driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle.
Skills
* Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
* Ability to work both independently and within a team.
* Leadership experience in paediatric OT/SP services.
* Proven track record within the NDIS sector.
