Role Summary
IInfosys Consulting is looking for a Salesforce & CRM Leader to spearhead the comprehensive CRM strategy, transformation, and implementation across critical client engagements. This position necessitates a seasoned leader with significant Salesforce and broader CRM expertise, who can effectively influence substantial digital transformation initiatives, create high‐performing consulting teams, and collaborate with clients at the executive level.
The preferred applicant will possess a strong consulting background, having successfully led intricate Salesforce programmes within Salesforce Professional Services or prominent global consultancies, and will be recognised as a reliable CRM advisor.

Key Responsibilities
CRM & Salesforce Leadership
* Lead and oversee the CRM and Salesforce consulting portfolio in targeted sectors (e.g. Financial Services, Insurance, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Retail).
* Develop and implement enterprise CRM strategies, road‐maps, and operating models that align with client business goals.
* Act as the executive Salesforce subject‐matter expert, encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and industry‐specific Salesforce solutions.
* Encourage innovation through the integration of AI, analytics, automation, and data‐driven CRM capabilities (e.g. Einstein, MuleSoft, integrations).
Client Engagement & Advisory
* Collaborate with C‐suite and senior stakeholders to establish CRM transformation agendas and shape strategic decision‐making.
* Lead large‐scale Salesforce transformation programmes from initial discovery and design to delivery and value realisation.
* Function as the trusted advisor for CRM modernisation, enhancing customer experience, and advancing digital front‐office initiatives.
Consulting & Delivery Excellence
* Provide oversight, governance and quality assurance across Salesforce programmes and delivery teams.
* Guarantee delivery excellence, risk management and compliance with Infosys Consulting methodologies and standards.
* Direct solution architecture, operating models and best practices throughout multi‐cloud CRM environments.
Practice & Capacity Building
* Build, scale and mentor a high‐performing Salesforce consulting practice that includes architects, functional consultants and delivery leads.
* Contribute to the growth of the practice, including developing solution accelerators, assets and thought‐leadership materials.
* Work collaboratively with Infosys' global delivery teams to refine onshore / offshore delivery strategies.
Business Development & Growth
* Assist with pre‐sales and pursuit activities, including solution formulation, proposal development, estimations and client presentations.
* Identify and cultivate new revenue streams within both existing and prospective client accounts.
* Enhance Infosys' strategic partnership with Salesforce, focusing on alliance initiatives and joint go‐to‐market strategies.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Mandatory Experience
* 15+ years of comprehensive experience in CRM, digital or enterprise transformation.
* 10+ years of direct experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including leadership over extensive Salesforce programmes.
* Demonstrated experience as a CRM Leader, Salesforce Practice Lead, or Senior Consulting Leader.
* Strong consulting credentials, preferably having been sourced from Salesforce Professional Services or prestigious consultancies.
* A proven track record of managing multi‐million‐dollar CRM transformation initiatives.
Salesforce & CRM Expertise
* In‐depth knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data Cloud).
* Strong grasp of CRM architecture, integrations, data strategy and customer experience design.
* Experience working in regulated and large‐scale enterprise environments.
Leadership & Consulting Skills
* Outstanding stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
* Capacity to influence, lead and motivate senior client stakeholders and internal teams.
* Robust commercial insight coupled with expertise in sales, account growth and margin management.
Preferred Background
* Prior leadership experience in:
* Salesforce Professional Services, or
* Global consulting firms (Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, Capgemini, Cognizant, TCS, etc.).
* Experience in large enterprise and complex transformation settings.
* Salesforce certifications (Architect, Consultant or Cloud certifications) are highly advantageous.
