About the Role
As a Restaurant Shift Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting the restaurant management team in overseeing daily shifts.
You will be responsible for monitoring people, food safety, product, and equipment to deliver outstanding customer service, quality food products, and excellent workplace and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Set the pace and communicate effectively with all team members on shift.
* Welcome every customer with a smile and be genuinely friendly and engaging at all times.
* Follow basic procedures in relation to uniforms, grooming, and punctuality.
* Establish and maintain commitment from Team Members and other Supervisors.
* Actively contribute to the development and retention of all Team Members.
* Develop, share knowledge, and experience, and train Team Members.
* Provide constructive feedback on all Team Member performance reviews.
* Resolve customer enquiries promptly and with ease ensuring a positive outcome.
* Follow all security and safety procedures.
* Record and act on any hazards identified.
* Correctly implement and enforce the Food Safety Program.
* Ensure that all members of the team are following food safety procedures.
* Properly execute, enforce, and manage sanitation requirements.
