About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll lead a small, close-knit team and take ownership of all store operations, customer experience, and performance results. You'll be supported through a comprehensive 4-6 week onboarding program designed to set you up for success - no optical experience required! This is a fixed-term maternity leave contract until 10 October 2026, with potential for extension or permanency within the network.

* Lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional in-store experience
* Motivate and develop your team
* Manage sales performance and achieve store targets
* Ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficient store processes
* Confidently run the store solo, with support for breaks and coverage
What you will bring
* Previous experience as a Store or Assistant Manager in a service or retail environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
* Passion for helping customers find the right product and experience
* Drive to achieve results and grow within a supportive brand
