Occupational Therapist - Forster and Taree
We are seeking a highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Forster/Taree area. This is an exciting opportunity to use your skills to enhance the independence, health, and wellbeing of older Australians.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs.
* Focus on reablement and restorative care to help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.

This role involves working with an established and supportive group of health professionals who share a passion for helping older Australians live well. Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
* Demonstrated ability to assess occupational therapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community.
* Postgraduate experience working with in a variety of aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings.
* Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models.
* Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated computer literacy.
