Casual Front Desk Position

Seeking a confident and experienced receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and handle various administrative tasks.


Duties and Responsibilities:

* Offer a warm and friendly welcome to guests, responding to their inquiries in a professional manner.
* Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling transactions with attention to detail.
* Manage phone calls, directing them in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a positive attitude.


Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
* Proactive approach to ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and team support.
