It is described as an Oasis in the Outback with a welcoming community.Selection Criteria / QualificationsCurrent nursing/midwifery registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Demonstrated understanding of principles, systems and processes related to patient flow and discharge planning.Proven clinical leadership skills and ability to lead a team with person-centred leadership, with a sound understanding of patient flow KPIs in Emergency Departments, inpatient and outpatient services.Demonstrated experience in managing quality and safety processes, including analysis of patterns and trends in data.Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication to function effectively as part of the leadership team and work with other professionals.Experience leading change, using real-time data to optimise timely access to care.Ability to manage diverse, time-critical competing clinical and non-priority tasks.Current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to travel and stay overnight as required.Additional InformationApplications Close: 8 September 2025.
