Responsibilities
Include (but are not limited to):
1. Providing outstanding customer service and adhering to ClearView's Claims philosophy
2. Proactively handle a diverse range of Ie Protection and Total & Permanent Disablement claims
3. Gathering and interpreting relevant information for effective claim management
4. Following the Life Insurance Code Of Practice (LICOP) and internal Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
5. Delivering efficient case management to support robust claims strategies and positive customer oues
6. Working seamlessly in a team environment, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including Consulting Medical Officers (CMO) and Reinsurance partners.
We are looking for someone with:
7. Recent experience in Life Insurance claims management (essential)
8. Previous experience in personal injury insurance, including Workerspensation
9. Familiarity with relevant legislation anderning principles in Life Insurance
10. Tertiary Qualifications and/or background in Allied Health Nursing, Law, or Accounting would be preferred
11. Strong written and verbalmunication skills, capable of building rapport, displaying empathy, and managing expectations clearly.
