Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and office operations of our company. This full-time role is critical to ensuring smooth workflow, effective staff coordination, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow
* Manage administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence
* Supervise office staff, assign tasks, and provide guidance to support productivity
* Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
* Develop, implement, and improve office policies and procedures
* Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners
* Prepare reports, manage budgets, and track expenses to support financial management
* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations
* Handle employee onboarding, training coordination, and HR-related administrative tasks
* Address workplace issues, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive and professional office environment

Skills and Experience Required

* Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in an office management or administrative role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* Experience with reporting, budgeting, and administrative systems
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
