The Role – What You'll Do
* Install, splice, align, and maintain conveyor belt systems
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on-site and in the workshop
* Complete scheduled maintenance and preventative servicing
* Work safely in line with industry and company procedures
* Support a team committed to getting the job done right the first time
Who We're Looking ForEntry Level
* A strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and mechanical aptitude
* Background in labouring, trades, farming, or heavy industry is a bonus
* Willing to learn and grow into a long-term career
Experienced
* Cert III in Polymer Processing or currently working toward it
* Proven experience in splicing, installing, and servicing belts
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality outcomes
The Essentials
* Manual driver's licence (HR an advantage)
* Ability to pass a Coal Board Order 43 medical
* Willing to live within 45 minutes of Beresfield (this is not a FIFO/DIDO role)
* Must be clean-shaven for medical (Order 43 requirement)
