We're a fast-growing allied health and behaviour support provider, delivering Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology and Behaviour Support services across Australia.
We're expanding — and we're looking for a true phone sales professional to help us build strong referral pipelines with Support Coordinators nationwide.
This role is for people who LOVE the phone.
Not for inbound call-centre staff.
Not for "I prefer email" people.
Not for "I'll call them later" people.
We want hunters — people who've spent their career picking up the phone, breaking down barriers, building relationships, and turning cold calls into warm referrals.
If you thrive on targets, hate call reluctance, and feel energised hitting dial 60 times a day — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Making high-volume outbound calls to Support Coordinators
* Building rapport quickly and uncovering client needs
* Matching clients with the right clinician based on service type, location and urgency
* Positioning our OT, Speech, Psychology & Behaviour Support services confidently
* Updating our CRM accurately — you're tech-savvy and organised
* Working in a supportive, KPI-driven environment
* Embracing call recording for quality improvement and coaching
If your background is mostly inbound call-centre work or customer service, this role isn't the right fit.
Who We're Looking For
* Strong experience in outbound sales (B2B, recruitment, telemarketing, outbound campaigns etc.)
* Zero call reluctance — the phone is your comfort zone
* Target-driven and motivated by hitting KPIs
* Able to think on your feet and tailor your approach
* Strong computer and data-entry skills
* NDIS or allied health knowledge is a huge advantage (not essential)
