This is an exceptional opportunity to support one of the region's top sales agents in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-expectation environment.What's on offer:Competitive salary based on experienceMonday to Friday full-time role – Enjoy your weekends off!Work directly with one of Canberra's top agents, gaining invaluable exposure in the luxury property marketHigh-end residential campaigns – assist with prestigious properties and high-profile clientsSupportive and dynamic office culture where collaboration and success are prioritizedLong-term career progression – grow into sales or operations rolesModern, stylish office environment with a professional, passionate teamKey Responsibilities:End-to-End Sales Administration:Streamline the sales process, providing comprehensive administrative support from listing to closing.Coordinate and manage property listings to ensure accuracy across multiple platforms and marketing channels.Process contracts and legal documents, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.Diary & Calendar Management:Take full ownership of the agent's calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings, inspections, and viewings.Prioritise appointments and meetings, ensuring maximum efficiency in a busy environment.Campaign Coordination & Client Liaison:Assist with high-end marketing campaigns, ensuring luxury properties receive the attention they deserve.Liaise directly with clients, providing exceptional customer service and facilitating seamless communication throughout the sales process.Manage social media and property portals, ensuring listings are updated and compelling.Database Management & Agent Support:Maintain up-to-date client databases, ensuring quick access to key information and a streamlined sales process.Prepare sales reports, providing data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making.Provide ongoing administrative support, assisting with daily tasks, travel arrangements, and office operations.Ad-Hoc Executive Assistant Duties:Handle all ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficient office management.Assist with office logistics, including supply ordering and coordinating team resources.Please call Chelsea Ashard on 0499 298 133 for more information or email your CV to ******.
