We are now looking for a commercially sharp, dynamic hands‑on General Manager to take us from strength to strength, driving operational excellence, leading our franchise network, production facility and support teams as we scale towards 100 locations and beyond
Far from a desk‑only role, you will be equally comfortable in high‑level strategic planning, rolling up your sleeves on the shop floor or factory environment, providing solutions in real time.
You will take end to end responsibility for the operational performance of the business.
This means ensuring profitability, compliance and quality across the production facility and Franchise network, while working directly with the Managing Director on growth and strategic direction.
