We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.
As an integral member of our organization, you will work closely with the Administration Manager and provide support to all departments within the company.
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting in word processing tasks such as taking meeting minutes, issuing memos, and developing company documentation.
* Entering data into spreadsheets and assisting in their development when required.
* Performing data entry for bills and invoices and reconciling bank accounts.
* Assisting in time sheet maintenance, induction of new personnel, and maintenance of records.
* Aiding in the quoting of site classifications for residential soil tests.
* Photocopying, filing, maintaining stock supplies, and managing office communications.
Requirements include previous experience in an administration or reception-based role, eagerness to learn, strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage time effectively, and familiarity with Xero accounting software.
