About The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end leadership and delivery of key projects across the distribution networks (Powercor/Citipower, United Energy, Ausnet). Your role includes managing a portfolio of works with a focus on safety, environmental compliance, sustainability, and governance of budget and scope. Key responsibilities include project planning, design coordination, stakeholder engagement, field management, financial performance, and reporting—ensuring all works are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality, while meeting business performance targets and client expectations.

Your Role & Key Responsibilities
* Driving a safety-first culture and ensuring all works comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Leading end-to-end project execution—from early planning through to final completion.
* Managing project timelines and milestones, ensuring smooth coordination across planning, mobilisation, procurement, and execution.
* Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, forecasts, proactive risk management, and ensuring delivery within financial targets.
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships.
* Overseeing internal teams and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of all works.
* Handling contract variations, claims, and payment approvals, while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
* Ensuring all deliverables meet project specifications, industry standards, and client expectations. Preparing accurate and timely reports on project progress, financials, risks, and key decisions.
To be successful, you will have:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in project delivery, ideally in distribution and/or utilities networks.
* Direct experience working within the Victorian Electrical Distribution Network.
* Strong stakeholder and client relationship skills.
* Proven knowledge of electrical distribution, construction methodologies, and regulatory frameworks.
* High attention to detail.
* Qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
* Strong financial acumen, with experience managing project budgets of up to $10M p.a.
