Who you'll be working with:
You'll be part of a passionate aged care team led by a supportive Residential Operations Manager. You'll collaborate with nurses, care attendants, hospitality staff, and allied health professionals all committed to delivering exceptional care.
What you'll bring:
* A Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration.
* Strong experience in aged care and clinical leadership.
* A deep understanding of aged care standards, accreditation, and AN-ACC funding.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* A commitment to continuous improvement and mentoring others.
