Structural Foreman
Design & Build is working with a well-established, luxury, developer builder to find a Structural Foreman for a permanent position. The successful applicant will work on a high rise residential project on the Sunshine Coast which is estimated to complete in 2027.

The Position
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working as a structural foreman on multistorey projects valued $80M +, ideally for a head contractor.
Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of the trades people and sub-contractors on site and be able to push the project in order to achieve timely milestones. Great career progression as the company anticipates a strong growth in the years to come, creating more opportunities internally.
Your Experience And Qualifications
* Must have recent experience as a structural foreman
* Multistorey residential project experience valued $80M +
* Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and sub-contractors alike
* Ability to hold toolbox talks and promote safe work sites
* The ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team
* Ability to write short-term construction programmes
