* Director Agribusiness – WA/SA
* Director Agribusiness – VIC/TAS
Responsibilities
The Director Agribusiness is accountable for driving the operational performance of their team while fostering a high-performing, engaged culture. This role provides leadership, mentorship, and ongoing support to a team of Valuers, ensuring clear communication and strong team alignment. The position is responsible for leading and embedding organisational change initiatives, ensuring all processes are consistently applied and optimised. A key focus is proactive performance management, including regular monitoring and reporting across key metrics such as turnaround times, quality, queries, quoting, financial outcomes, and work-in-progress. The Director Agribusiness identifies improvement opportunities, implements performance enhancement strategies, and drives continuous operational excellence to achieve business objectives.
What Sets Your Apart
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Certified Practicing Valuer (essential)
* Minimum 5 years' experience specialising in Agribusiness valuations (essential)
* Proven experience as a panel valuer or in a similar industry role
* Associate membership with the Australian Property Institute
