About the Role
Our busy, growing, Carrum Downs based plumbing business is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and self‐motivated scheduler to join the office on a full‐time basis. Hours are 7am to 3.15pm.
Daily Responsibilities
* Job scheduling and management for our plumbers
* Assist with debt collection and taking EFT payments
* Printing plans, filing, photocopying and scanning documents
* General administrative support
* Assistance with SWMS within jobs
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience working for a trade is ideal but not essential
* Scheduling experience preferred
* Proven experience in an Administration position
* Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
* Robust communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
* A friendly can‐do approach to work
* Manual driver's licence
* Appropriate working rights in Australia
* Excellent prioritisation skills and ability to multitask
Requirements
* 1 year of Administration experience (required)
* 1 year of Microsoft Office experience (required)
* Australian work authorisation (required)
Schedule
8‐hour shift
Location
Carrum Downs, VIC 3201 – must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
