We are seeking an experienced IT professional to provide high-quality field-based IT support services.
The successful candidate will install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems and infrastructure to enhance business performance and improve efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring completion of all IT tasks in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs)
* Undertaking site visits and field service requests as required
* Providing excellent customer service and liaising with clients on technical requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:

* Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of basic hardware
* A minimum of 1-2 years of hardware troubleshooting experience
