We are seeking a skilled Risk Management professional to join our team in a key role. The ideal candidate will have experience in risk management and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the execution of risk management programs across business entities.
* Lead initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders.
* Facilitate risk reporting and liaise with the Office of the Chief Operating Officer (OCOO) team.
* Provide updates on climate-related risks for the Sydney OC.
* Maintain procedure guides and ensure process changes are reflected.
CPS 220 Annual Review
* Analyze CPS 220 compliance, including regulatory, policies, framework, and addendum refresh.
* Arrange strategic discussion meetings with business lines and document minutes.
Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) Program
* Monitor regulatory changes and updates issued by Australia regulators.
* Deliver quarterly RCM reporting, summarizing identified regulatory changes.
* Enhance processes within the RCM program.
* Conduct independent monitoring and testing for compliance.
GRM Operational Risk Intra-Group Arrangement (IGA)
* Conduct annual reassessments of the GRM Operational Risk IGA in Archer system.
* Assist with SRMA engagement owner documentation.
* Validate contract documents and ensure alignment with the GRM engagement owner's perception.
* Liaise with the Enterprise SSC team for IGA contract submissions and e-signatures.
Malaysia Success Initiatives
* Participate in local working groups fostering collaboration and engaged workplaces.
* Complete mandatory training courses ensuring RBC internal requirements compliance.
What You Need to Succeed
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Law or related fields.
* 8+ years previous experience in a Risk Management role in a Financial Services organization.
* Project management for multiple stakeholders.
* Business analysis and strategic thinking.
* Idea generation and evaluation.
* Leadership and coaching skills guiding juniors.
