* Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Maintain a strong presence in the hotel lobby during peak periods and ensure seamless meet-and-greet procedures for VIP guests.
* Collaborate with teams to provide exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations, while keeping daily reports and logs up-to-date.
* Adhere to hotel policies and safety procedures, prioritising the safety and well-being of staff and guests.
Requirements:
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

* C Class (manual and automatic) driver's license for Western Australia.
