About You

* Background in civil construction, engineering or estimating
* Experience pricing Australian civil projects
* Familiar with Sydney Water, councils or utility authorities
* Confident working with subcontractors and suppliers
* Strong with costs, risk and commercial judgement
* Happy working independently and managing deadlines
About the Role
You will handle estimating from start to finish and stay involved once projects move to delivery.
* Prepare tenders, budgets and pricing
* Review drawings, specs and scopes
* Manage subcontractor pricing and negotiations
* Work with clients, designers and councils
* Set up programs, material forecasts and schedules
* Assist with variations, claims and cost tracking
* Maintain Sydney Water QA and project paperwork
