Role Description
This is a contract role for a Data Entry Officer within a Local Government setting. The position is based in Sydney, NSW and offers a hybrid work model, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. The Data Entry Officer will be responsible for maintaining accurate data records, ensuring data governance and management practices are followed, and performing data analytics. Daily tasks include entering, updating, and verifying data, generating reports, and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Data Governance and Data Management
* Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities
* Excellent Communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder interaction
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
* Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
* Familiarity with local government operations is a plus
* Relevant certifications or a degree in Data Management, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
