About the Role
The role of a customer service advocate is crucial in our organisation as it involves providing exceptional support to our customers across various products.
A strong understanding of superannuation regulations and processes is essential for this position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to empathise with diverse customers and provide tailored solutions.
* Supporting customers across our managed investment and US Investing products
* Managing incoming customer enquiries via email, chat and phone
* Handling customer feedback, complaints and general enquiries with expertise and care
* Nurturing relationships that will lead to long-term customer advocates
What We're Looking For
We seek an experienced customer service specialist who has a strong background in superannuation customer support or working directly with super fund operations. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in this field and be able to demonstrate initiative and persistence in solving customer problems.
* RG146 accreditation is highly preferred (we can support the right candidate in obtaining this)
* Experience with life insurance and investments is advantageous
* Full working rights in Australia
