Entity Portfolio Manager
As a key member of our team, you will oversee a portfolio of entities, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving client satisfaction. Your role will involve establishing a vision and strategy for the client portfolio, managing change control processes, and promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement entity strategies to meet client needs and drive business growth.
* Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
* Responsible for meeting contractual obligations, achieving performance indicators, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
* Maintain duty of care and ensure workplace safety for self, colleagues, and visitors.
Requirements
* Min. Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business, or other related field &/or 5+ years' experience in contract/relationship management, facilities, property management or related field.
* Proven track record in managing teams and client account management to ensure services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements.
* Demonstrated experience in handling client sensitivities and escalating risks when necessary.
* Strong working knowledge of key Commonwealth Government Legislation, Policies and Procedures.
* Ability to obtain and hold an AGSVA Clearance and any additional associated Entity clearances.
* Must be an Australian Citizen.
