Join our Melbourne team as we expand globally, delivering impactful digital experiences! As a Email / Marketing Developer (CRM, Web) you'll be key to delivering our digital marketing and web content. This hands-on role combines technical skill with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring our digital communications are effective, visually impressive and highly functional. You'll work closely with our Technical Lead and cross-functional teams, directly shaping customer journeys across AU, NZ, and the UK. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing: Email & CRM Campaigns: Code and test responsive HTML emails within our marketing automation platform (e.g., Iterable). Set up and deploy one-off campaigns and automated customer journeys. Conduct A/B tests to optimize performance; track and report on key metrics. Ensure emails meet brand, accessibility, and rendering standards across devices. Manage tracking links for campaign measurement. Collaborate with data teams for accurate audience targeting. Web Content & Experiences: Implement content updates and build new web pages/components using CMS platforms (e.g., Builder.io, Contentful). Translate design files into functional web experiences. Support front-end changes and troubleshoot display issues. Production & Operations: Manage and optimize digital assets for email and web. Follow production workflows and maintain clear documentation. Meet deadlines for fast-paced campaign and web update schedules What you'll be bringing to the table: Minimum 3 years in digital production, marketing execution, or front-end web development. Proficient in HTML with hands-on experience building dynamic emails within marketing automation/CRM platforms. Solid experience in CSS for front-end web development. Proven experience w/ marketing automation/CRM platforms especially enterprise-level systems or similar (e.g Iterable, Braze, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor). Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) for web content updates; direct experience w/ modern, component-based CMS platforms (e.g Builder.io, Contentful beneficial). Ability to use design collaboration tools (e.g Figma ) for inspecting designs & asset extraction.
