Our goal is to support and administer the school's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless functionality of servers, networks, and desktop computers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer, maintain, and upgrade the school's IT systems
* Provide expert technical support to staff and students with diverse IT issues
* Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software problems in a timely manner
* Implement new hardware and software solutions to enhance the school's IT environment
* Develop and maintain accurate documentation of the school's IT setup
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience working in an educational setting or similar environment
* Familiarity with wireless deployment strategies and Department initiatives
* Previous experience planning, deploying, and managing 1-to-1 user/device implementations in high-quality school environments
* Able to design and execute ICT professional development sessions
* Ability to innovate and expand the school's ICT software, hardware, device management, and service solutions
* Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills through systematic processes of observation and elimination
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear stakeholder interaction
* Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
