About the Role You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of Victoria’s towing operations, ensuring our people, contractors, and systems are delivering safe, reliable, and efficient service 24/7. You will coach and support a team of Service Delivery Managers and play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence, meeting customer KPIs, whilst upholding Nationwide Group’s values, policies, and contractual obligations. This role is ideal for an experienced leader from the transport, towing, logistics, or service delivery sector who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Lead and oversee daily towing operations to meet safety, performance, customer service standards Implement and maintain Standard Working procedures (SOPs) Monitor service levels, response times, and job allocation for maximum efficiency Ensure compliance with Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL), Chain of Responsibility (CoR), Workplace Health & Safety (WHS), and company safety policies Conduct incident investigations, audits, and corrective action plans, ad hoc duties Support escalation pathways and first-call resolution processes Proven leadership experience in transport, towing, logistics, or a similar operational environment Relevant qualifications in management, business, transport, logistics, or equivalent experience Background in change management and continuous improvement Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skill What we offer We believe in investing in our people.
