Pluim Joinery is a multi award winning manufacturer and installer of high end domestic and commercial joinery. Located in Lisarow on the Central Coast of NSW, Pluim provides high end domestic and commercial projects with detailed joinery.
Qualifications & experience
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
* Qualified Joinery highly regarded.
* Trade certificate or completed apprenticeship in joinery highly regarded
* High communications skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
* High attention to detail
* Australian work rights required for this position
Tasks & responsibilities
* Project Handover to production team
* Attend site to view progress and quality of projects
* Push all site measures to keep within timeframe
* Prioritise and schedule the project, keeping timeframe/lead time items in mind
* Work with other Project Manager(s) to schedule production of all live projects
* Work with CAD to drive and co-ordinate RFI's, push for decisions/construction methods etc.
* Oversee letting of all trades, purchasing of materials
* Monitor production with Foreman
* Oversee budget vs actual shop and site hours
* Exit plans on all projects for closing out projects and defects
