We know that awesome people make us a great company, and we're excited to be recruiting for a Territory Manager (VIC) heavily focusing on our sales growth in racquet and also contributing to our team sport category.

The role reports to the National Sales Manager and will build and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.


What's involved?

* Drive sales results for Racquet Sport products in accordance with business targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with accounts and partners, while identifying new business opportunities.
* Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, collaborating with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
* Facilitate Racquet sport demo events and deliver training sessions to educate staff with product expertise and knowledge.
* Service assigned national account doors (Rebel, Intersport, Sportspower).
* Execute effective in-store merchandising, including building window displays, product placement, installing promotional items, facing stock, and ensuring correct pricing, to enhance the consumer experience and brand exposure in-store.
* Execute and participate in co‑branded retailer and consumer trial events to deliver an exceptional consumer experience.
* Provide real‑time feedback on sales performance, competitor analysis, staff and store manager feedback, and any other relevant information to assist the AU sales, commercial, demand planning, and marketing teams.
* Manage WAS (Wilson Advisory Staff) Coaches VIC and ensure they are executing the requirements of the program.
* Attendance at state‑based junior sports competitions and in liaison with WILSON ANZ sports marketing carry out scouting activities for future professional talent.
* Ensure effective online execution for key online retailers operating out of VIC.

So, who's keen?

* Strong proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets combined with great communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Examples where you have identified and pursued new business opportunities while negotiating contracts and terms.
* Experience in executing effective in‑store / online merchandising to drive sales growth.
* Ability to provide real‑time feedback on sales performance and competitor analysis to assist in business decision‑making.
* Demonstrated authenticity as an athlete. It will be expected that the role will run racquet demo days and engage effectively with tennis coaches on performance product recommendations.
