An exciting opportunity has become available join an innovative and recognised leader in the Australian building and home improvement industry! Working in our showroom, you will listen to customers' needs, provide solutions and sell our amazing range of products. Working as part of our collaborative Retail Team, and benefit from support and Stratco training to ensure success in the role! This is a full-time rostered position including Saturday shifts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Working in our Home Improvement Store, providing excellent customer service and selling goods
* Maintaining store stock levels and general housekeeping to ensure our store is always presentable
* Guiding customers through the design process
* Participation in training and personal development sessions
* Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies, ensuring a safe working workplace
ABOUT YOU
* Exceptional sales and customer service skills
* Experience within a similar environment
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm and energy
* A commitment to excellence and self-development
* Previous design consulting or building experience highly desirable, but not necessary (CAD skills an advantage)
