Home to the Point Revolving Restaurant, this destination offers chefs the chance to work at the pinnacle of fine dining, crafting French-inspired cuisine with sweeping views of the River Derwent. 
Beyond The Point, Wrest Point Hotel and Casino features a vibrant mix of eateries including the award-winning Boardwalk Bistro, Longhorn Smokehouse, and the Boardwalk Café. Responsibilities 
As a full-time Demi Chef in our iconic revolving restaurant, you will support a dedicated kitchen, crafting elegant dishes with precision and flair under the guidance of senior chefs, contributing to the restaurant’s reputation for exceptional fine dining. 
What you will bring to the role 
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar environment 
- Genuine passion for working with high quality Tasmanian produce 
- Desire to create memorable exceptional customer experiences 
- Motivated and driven team player 
- Flexibility to work across various shifts including weekends and public holidays
